Privacy policy

In short

No account, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We only use what you give us to organise your trip, and booking requests are deleted automatically after 12 months.

What we collect and why

• Booking request: name, phone, email (optional), pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time, number of passengers and suitcases, and your message. Purpose: replying to your request and carrying out the trip (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and performance of the contract).
• Review: first name, rating and text. Purpose: publishing your review after moderation (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• Technical data needed for security (IP address, browser signals) is processed by the anti-spam check and the host, without any profiling.

Who receives it

Only PrestigeVan. Our technical providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and Turnstile anti-spam), Google Firebase (storage of requests) and Google Gmail (emails). If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own policy applies. These providers may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are deleted automatically 12 months after they are created. Reviews are kept while they are published and removed on request.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The anti-spam check only uses what is strictly necessary to tell people and robots apart.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy by writing to theprestigevan@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
